About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Corporate Partnerships Executive to join their fundraising team based in Reading . This role is vital in developing and managing strategic partnerships with businesses across Berkshire to generate income and support our client's impactful work. You will be responsible for identifying potential corporate partners, developing compelling proposals, and nurturing strong, long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building mutually beneficial collaborations and a proven ability to drive results within the charity sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach potential corporate partners for sponsorship and fundraising opportunities.
• Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships, ensuring excellent relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop bespoke partnership programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize and deliver engaging events and activities for corporate partners.
• Track progress against partnership agreements and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising , business development, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with businesses.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of the corporate social responsibility landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
