Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential and existing corporate partners.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure sponsorship and funding.
• Design and implement bespoke partnership programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and fulfillment of objectives.
• Represent the organization at corporate events, networking functions, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Proven track record in corporate fundraising, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the charity sector .
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
