Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach potential corporate partners aligned with the charity's mission.
• Develop compelling proposals for corporate sponsorship, employee engagement, and cause-related marketing initiatives.
• Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with corporate contacts at various levels.
• Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate the delivery of partnership benefits, including events, volunteering opportunities, and marketing collaborations.
• Track partnership progress, measure impact, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or a related sales/marketing role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Experience in developing and presenting persuasive proposals.
