Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach prospective corporate partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and present compelling proposals for corporate sponsorship, employee fundraising, and cause-related marketing initiatives.
• Manage and nurture existing corporate relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
• Coordinate fundraising activities and events specifically designed for corporate partners.
• Track partnership progress, measure impact, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of partnership benefits and projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or account management, preferably within the charity sector.
• Strong understanding of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) landscape and its alignment with business goals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Experience in managing budgets and reporting on financial performance.
