About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Corporate Partnerships Officer to join their fundraising team based in Birmingham . Your primary goal will be to secure corporate support through various avenues, including sponsorship, employee fundraising, and cause-related marketing, thereby significantly contributing to the organisation's vital work. Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential corporate partners that align with our client's values and mission.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure corporate sponsorship and support.
• Manage and grow existing corporate relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies for employee fundraising and workplace giving programmes.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create engaging content for corporate partners.
• Track and report on the success of corporate partnerships, including financial contributions and engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Previous experience in corporate fundraising , business development, or partnership management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving results in the Birmingham area.
