About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Corporate Sales Executive to join their team in the Oxford area, operating on a hybrid model. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new corporate clients, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our client's comprehensive business solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations and profitability, playing a vital role in expanding our client's corporate market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach to corporate entities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Present and sell corporate solutions , demonstrating clear value and return on investment.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets for the Oxford region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate sales or B2B sales, with a strong understanding of selling complex solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to build credibility and trust with senior-level stakeholders.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, balancing remote work with in-office presence in Oxford .
