About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Lead to shape and implement impactful initiatives in Cambridge . This senior role is responsible for integrating social and environmental concerns into the charity's operations and engagement strategies, fostering strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders. You will play a pivotal part in enhancing the organization's reputation and impact within the Charity & Voluntary sector and beyond, driving positive change through ethical practices and community investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the charity's mission and values in Cambridge .
• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate partners to support CSR objectives through volunteering, donations, and strategic alliances.
• Oversee the implementation of CSR programs, ensuring they are impactful, measurable, and effectively communicated.
• Monitor relevant CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, advising the organization on strategic direction.
• Develop compelling reports and communication materials to showcase the charity's CSR efforts and impact to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to embed CSR principles across all organizational activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful CSR strategies, preferably within a non-profit or corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of sustainability, ethical business practices, and community engagement principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
