About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and passionate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to develop and implement impactful CSR initiatives for businesses in the Bristol area. This role is crucial for helping organisations integrate social and environmental considerations into their business strategies, fostering positive community relationships and enhancing their public image. You will work with various corporate partners to design, manage, and measure the success of their CSR programmes, ensuring they align with both business objectives and societal needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong understanding of sustainability, community engagement, and ethical business practices within the charitable and corporate sectors .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies and programmes for corporate clients, focusing on social and environmental impact.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with charities, community groups, and social enterprises in the Bristol region.
• Coordinate and manage corporate volunteering days, fundraising events, and other employee engagement activities.
• Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Advise clients on best practices in sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community investment.
• Stay informed about current CSR trends, legislation, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) , sustainability, community relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic CSR programmes and initiatives.
• Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social and environmental issues, and experience working with non-profit organisations.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including corporate clients and community partners.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Environmental Science, or Social Sciences.
