About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and artistic Cosmetic Tattoo Artist to join their prestigious beauty clinic in Coventry . This hybrid role involves performing intricate cosmetic tattooing procedures, such as eyebrow microblading, permanent eyeliner, and lip blush, while also contributing to the clinic's online presence and remote client consultations. You will work closely with clients to understand their desired aesthetics, ensuring precise and natural-looking results. The ideal candidate will combine artistic flair with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and client safety, contributing to a high-standard client experience both in-person and through digital platforms, fostering a seamless blend of traditional artistry and modern client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cosmetic tattooing procedures including microblading, powder brows, eyeliner, and lip blush, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to design procedures, manage expectations, and obtain informed consent.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards, sterilisation protocols, and a safe working environment according to regulatory guidelines.
• Utilise digital tools for client record-keeping, appointment scheduling, and remote follow-ups.
• Create and maintain a portfolio of work, showcasing before-and-after results for marketing purposes.
• Engage with clients remotely through social media and consultation platforms to answer queries and book appointments.

Requirements

• Certified and experienced Cosmetic Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse techniques.
• Proficiency in advanced cosmetic tattooing methods for eyebrows, eyes, and lips.
• Knowledge of facial anatomy, colour theory, and skin healing processes.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, steady hands, and a keen artistic eye for detail.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry techniques and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
