Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert cosmetic tattooing , including microblading, powder brows, lip blushing, and eyeliner enhancement.
• Conduct detailed client consultations, assessing suitability, discussing design options, and managing expectations.
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols in line with industry regulations.
• Mentor and train junior artists, providing guidance on techniques, client management, and business practices.
• Stay current with the latest trends, pigments, and equipment in the cosmetic tattoo industry.
• Contribute to the clinic's marketing efforts by showcasing portfolio work and client testimonials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a certified Cosmetic Tattoo Artist .
• Specialist qualifications in Microblading , Powder Brows, and other relevant permanent makeup techniques.
• Demonstrable artistic talent with a strong, diverse portfolio of high-quality work.
• In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, colour theory, and skin types.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on comfort and satisfaction.
• Willingness to undergo further training and adhere to evolving industry standards.
