Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels in a timely and efficient manner within the Brighton and East Sussex area.
• Ensure all parcels are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition.
• Utilize handheld devices for scanning parcels and capturing proof of delivery.
• Plan and manage daily delivery routes effectively to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delivery progress and any issues encountered.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license (Category B) with a good driving record.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Brighton area and surrounding routes.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying parcels.
