About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary and inspiring Creative Director to lead their artistic endeavors in Belfast . You will be responsible for defining and driving the creative vision across all projects within the Arts & Entertainment domain, ensuring exceptional quality and innovation. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of guiding creative teams, developing compelling concepts, and delivering outstanding results. You will foster a culture of artistic excellence and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a strong creative vision, setting the artistic direction for all projects and campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of artists, designers, writers, and other creative professionals.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and high standards of quality.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and clients, effectively communicating ideas and rationale.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align creative output with business objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior creative role, such as Creative Director , Art Director, or Senior Designer, within the Arts & Entertainment industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful creative leadership, strategic thinking, and a diverse range of high-quality work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of design principles, branding, and current creative trends.
