Crypto Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and innovative Crypto Product Manager to lead product development for their exciting ventures in the crypto and blockchain space, based in Plymouth . You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new digital assets, decentralized applications, and related services. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and user needs to drive the creation of impactful products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to bring innovative solutions to market, fostering a culture of user-centric design and cutting-edge product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for crypto and blockchain products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
• Prioritize product features and backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on crypto or blockchain products.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, DeFi, and NFTs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
