About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and execution in Plymouth . You will be responsible for developing and nurturing the brand's identity, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a proven ability to build strong, memorable brands. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and creative teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns that enhance brand perception and customer loyalty within the Devon region and nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to build brand equity and awareness.
• Oversee the creation of all brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Manage brand campaigns from concept to execution, including advertising, digital marketing, and public relations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Manage the brand's visual identity and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a senior marketing role with a focus on brand building.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
