CSA Supervisor – Data Centre (Internals) Location: Docklands, London Contract Rate: £(Apply online only) per day DOE Duration: Long Term Start Date: ASAP

The Role

We are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Docklands, overseeing internal CSA fit-out works. Previous data centre experience is essential, along with a strong background in supervising internal construction packages and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise internal CSA works, including screeding, raised access floors, partition walls, white walls, ceilings, doors and windows. * Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification. * Monitor daily site activities, progress and quality of installations. * Coordinate works with MEP teams and other trades. * Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements. * Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme progress. * Oversee snagging, inspections and handover of completed works.

Requirements

* Previous data centre experience is essential. * Proven experience as a CSA Supervisor or similar position. * Strong knowledge of internal construction and fit-out packages. * Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Good understanding of site health and safety procedures. * CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS. * Strong communication and organisational skills.
