Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience in a customer experience , customer success, or related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in CRM software and customer feedback platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A deep understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
