Customer Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain

Ferrero is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Supply Chain) on a 6–9 month fixed-term contract to support the Customer Operations team. You will link customers with Commercial, Supply Chain and logistics partners, coordinating orders, monitoring deliveries and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are organised, customer-focused and capable of handling changing priorities while maintaining high service levels. Prior FMCG exposure is advantageous.
