Job Description
Your New Job Title: Customer Order Coordinator
Working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday with one hour for lunch
Duration: 3-4 months temporary role
Location: Central London (Office based role)
Who You'll Be Working for: Historic wine merchant.
Customer Order Coordinator - What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Processing orders received from customers directly or via the Sales Team in an accurate and timely manner
- Processing customer call off requests
- Dealing with customer service queries
- Releasing website orders
- Updating customer price lists
- Take ownership and document customer complaints
- Processing orders to the agreed daily Warehouse Partner cut off times
- Arranging collections (returned wines)
- Investigating and processing credit notes
- Supporting the Sales Team
Customer Order Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- AX experience
- Data inputting experience necessary
- Diplomacy and confidentiality
- Teamwork vital
- Numeric
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Must show initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Genuine interest in the wine trade and enthusiasm for learning.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
