Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or relationship management

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
