Customer Service Advisor (Eastbourne)

We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and hardworking team at a busy marina in Sovereign Harbour.

This is a varied, customer-facing position where you’ll play an important part in creating a welcoming and professional experience for berth holders and visitors. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy to take a flexible, hands-on approach.

The role will be primarily office-based but will also involve some outdoor duties around the marina. You’ll work as part of a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Good enquiry-handling and sales skills
• Confidence learning and using computer software systems
• A positive, “can-do” attitude
• A flexible and supportive approach to teamwork

Previous boating or marina experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
