Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for the position of Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable dealership group in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established main dealer with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of customer care while supporting the dealership’s ongoing success.

Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service Qualify vehicle service needs and diagnose running issues where applicable Explain vehicle repairs and maintenance to customers clearly, gaining their authorisation Establish a clear understanding between the customer and workshop requirements Accurately manage the service loading system in line with workshop capacity Manage the handover of loan vehicles efficiently and accurately Ensure all work undertaken is documented in accordance with manufacturer standards Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership standards Keep relevant systems updated with accurate data at all times Adhere to company policies and procedures at all timesRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Full UK Driving Licence Strong customer service skills and professional attitude Good organisational skills Automotive sector experience preferred Knowledge of vehicle systems and common issues advantageous Experience with Power systems beneficial Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamIf you are passionate about providing top-tier customer service and wish to build your career as a Service Advisor within a respected dealership, we invite you to apply.
