Customer Service Advisor - Fast-Paced Parcel Support

DPD Group UK is seeking a Customer Services Advisor in Eastleigh to support customers with parcel collection or delivery. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth service experience.

You will handle delivery status queries, provide Proof of Delivery, investigate missing parcels and promote DP products to customers, delivering high levels of service in a fast-paced environment.
