Customer Service Advisor - Telephone Based

Location: Leeds, LS12 Salary: £25,200 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid - initially 4 days in the office and Fridays working from home. Once training has been successfully completed (approximately 1-2 months), this will increase to 2 days working from home per week (Friday plus one other agreed day). Start Date: ASAP - interviewing immediately

Our client, a well-established and highly respected business based in Leeds, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and supportive team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing effective support, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times within a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently Updating internal systems with customer details and notes Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth resolutions Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks where requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience within a customer service or office-based role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A positive and proactive attitudeWhat's On Offer:
