We are looking for a confident and proactive Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join a busy and established business.

• Coordinating bookings, collections and deliveries

• Completing customer paperwork and checking documentation

• Updating systems and maintaining accurate records

• Getting out and about to complete collections and deliveries when required

• Carrying out basic checks and reporting any issues

• Helping resolve customer queries quickly and professionally

• Supporting colleagues with the day-to-day running of the operation

• Managing changing priorities within a busy working environment

What We're Looking For

You'll need to be confident, reliable and comfortable dealing with different people throughout the day. We're particularly interested in someone who enjoys a role with plenty of variety and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

You'll also need:

• Previous customer service, administration or operational experience

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points

• Confidence driving as part of your working day

• Good communication and people skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic IT and administration skills

• The ability to work at pace and use your own initiative

• A flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team

If you're looking for a permanent role where you're not stuck doing the same thing every day and enjoy combining customer interaction with practical responsibilities, we'd be keen to hear from you
