Customer Care Representative Basingstoke | £15.00 per hour | Hybrid Working

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and solving problems with confidence? We're looking for a proactive and organised Customer Care Representative to join a busy and supportive team in Basingstoke, on a 6-month basis, with possibility of permanent role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global organisation, managing customer accounts across the UK and playing a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service every step of the way.

What's on offer?

£15.00 per hour Hybrid working: 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home 35-hour working week Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00 Early Finish Friday: 09:00 - 15:30 Friendly and collaborative team environmentKey Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate customer data Process quotations, orders and service agreements Handle customer enquiries via phone and email Resolve delivery, technical and finance-related queries Work closely with internal teams including Distribution, Planning, Finance and Sales Operations Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently Track deliveries and liaise with courier partners Support operational meetings and shared mailbox management Help achieve key service level and delivery targetsWhat we're looking for
