CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - LEADING FLAT ROOFING, INSULATION AND WATERPROOFING MANUFACTURER

Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join a leading brand within the building product sector focusing on flat roofing, insulation and waterproofing systems aligned for both New Build and Refurbishment projects. The company not only boasts excellent training, a strong name in the market but also the opportunity for both personal and career progression.

The Role

The role is to be the main point of contact for existing and new customers. Within the position the successful candidate will be tasked with providing first class customer service, develop customer relationships, resolve any issues or blockages on the customer journey and work close with the sales team to optimise opportunities. Along with this the candidate will also be an integral part of the customer development life-cycle and help order processing and resolve any issues. Time will be split between their Suffolk office and working from home.

The Candidate

The client is looking to hear from candidates who have experience of working within the customer services sector. This doesn't need to be focusing on construction however would be advantageous. The candidate must be experienced within administration, customer service or order purchasing.
