Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cyber security solutions to protect against threats.
• Develop and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, implementing containment and eradication strategies.
• Collaborate with IT operations to ensure secure system configurations and patch management.
• Stay abreast of the latest cyber security trends and threats, recommending improvements to security posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cyber security engineering or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing security tools such as IDS/IPS, SIEM, and antivirus solutions.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud security principles (AWS, Azure).
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA Security, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
