D365 F&O S/W Engineering Manager

D365 F&O Software Engineering Manager 📍 Windsor, UK (Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite) 📄 Contract

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Software Engineering Manager to lead the delivery, development, and support of enterprise-scale ERP solutions. The successful candidate will manage technical teams, drive Azure DevOps and CI/CD best practices, oversee integrations with Azure, Power Platform and Dataverse, and ensure successful delivery of D365 F&O projects.

Key Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

• Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ALM

• Power Platform & Dataverse

• ERP integrations, APIs, and system architecture

• Team leadership and stakeholder management

• Finance, Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition, P2P & O2C processes

Requirements

• 8+ years' ERP / enterprise application experience

• 3+ years managing development or engineering teams

• Proven D365 F&O implementation and transformation experience

• Strong Agile and DevOps background
