Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the dairy herd, including feeding, breeding, and health programs.
• Oversee milking procedures, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and high-quality milk production.
• Develop and implement feed strategies to optimize herd health and productivity.
• Supervise and train dairy farm staff, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dairy farm management or a senior dairy farming role.
• Strong knowledge of dairy cow health, nutrition, and reproduction.

• A degree or diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred.
