Damp & Mould Operative , covering the WC postcode areas of London.

damp and mould treatment, property maintenance or social housing .

As a Damp & Mould Operative, you will be: Attending customer properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues Assessing the type and severity of mould and applying appropriate treatment Advising customers on prevention and ongoing maintenance Recording visits, treatments and materials used Working safely and in line with health & safety regulations

I'd love to speak to anyone who has: Previous damp and mould treatment experience Experience working within domestic properties Social housing or property maintenance experience Good communication and customer service skills The ability to work independently and manage your workload A full UK driving licence

The Damp & Mould Operative role is offering: £28,000 per year Company van and fuel card 35 days annual leave including bank holidays Option to buy and sell annual leave Overtime opportunities Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours Tools, uniform, iPad, mobile phone and PPE provided Pension with matched contributions up to 7% Permanent, secure employment Consistent workload Bonus scheme of up to 2%

Location & travel This role covers the WC postcode areas of London, working across domestic properties. A company van and fuel card are provided.
