Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of data protection law, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant global regulations.
• Develop, review, and implement comprehensive data privacy policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and advise on privacy by design principles.
• Manage data subject rights requests and assist with regulatory investigations and breach notifications.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and product teams to ensure privacy is integrated into all business operations and new initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer with significant experience in data privacy and protection law .
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR and other international data protection frameworks is essential.
• Experience in conducting privacy risk assessments and advising on data breach response.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse workload in a remote environment .
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice.
