Key Responsibilities

• Explore, clean, and transform large datasets for analysis and model building.
• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of AI initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy models into production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL and database querying.
