About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer to join their dedicated engineering team in Norwich . This role is crucial for bridging the gap between machine learning model development and production deployment, ensuring our AI systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient. You will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and pipelines necessary for the continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of machine learning models. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for training, deploying, and monitoring ML models at scale.
• Automate ML workflows, including data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Implement monitoring solutions for model performance, drift, and system health.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to streamline the ML lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MLOps, DevOps, or software engineering with a focus on ML infrastructure.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and workflows.
