Our client, a forward-thinking company in AI & Emerging Technologies , is looking for a talented Data Scientist with a specialization in AI to join their innovative team, working remotely from Belfast . You will be instrumental in extracting valuable insights from complex datasets, developing predictive models, and implementing AI-driven solutions that solve critical business challenges. This role is perfect for a data-driven individual passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to create impactful outcomes and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights relevant to AI applications.
Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and other AI tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
Design and implement experiments to evaluate model performance and validate hypotheses.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

MSc or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with data manipulation and database querying languages (e.g., SQL).
Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, with a passion for problem-solving.
