Daytime Food Production Shift Manager (Meat/Chilled)

Zest is seeking a Shift Manager to join a well established, multi-site food manufacturer on a Mon‑Fri days basis. The successful candidate will have experience in a chilled manufacturing environment, ideally meat, and will oversee Health & Safety, production planning and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication and the ability to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing across teams such as Technical, Engineering, and Planning.
