Are you a Production Shift Manager, Section Manager, Area Manager, or a Senior Supervisor looking for a new opportunity?
We are currently working with a well established, multi‑site food manufacturer who are looking for a Shift Manager to join the team on a Mon‑Fri days. This role will need someone who has operated in a chilled manufacturing environment, ideally meat.
Responsibilities
- Health & Safety oversight.
- Production planning and ensuring food safety and quality standards are adhered to.
- Work cross‑functionally with the Technical, Engineering, and Planning teams.
- Identify areas to implement Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Qualifications
- +5 years’ experience operating at middle management level within food manufacturing.
- Hands‑on leader who leads by example and delivers results.
- Clear communication skills to deliver on targets, improve standards and promote cross‑department communication.
- Experience in a chilled manufacturing environment, ideally meat.
