About the role:

As a Director, you will play a leading role in originating, structuring, negotiating and executing ABL transactions in the mid-market, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CEOs, sponsors and other senior stakeholders. Utilising your network, you will drive origination and new opportunities across the UK. You will be expected to contribute to the coaching and development of junior team members.

What your days will look like :

• Act as the day-to-day lead on client engagements, leading the end-to-end execution of a full financing transaction, includingdeal structuring,producingmarketing materials and financial models andnegotiation of term sheets and the full loan agreement.

• Maintaining strong relationships with banks, private creditfundsand alternative lenders to stay abreast of pricing, terms,leverageand lender appetite in theABLmarket.

• Contribute tobusiness development byidentifyingopportunities and supporting origination effort.

• Coaching and development ofjunior team members, providing guidance,reviewandtimelyfeedback.

The role is for you if:

• You have a strongtrack recordoforiginating andexecuting transactions within theABLmarket, with at leastsignificant experiencein debt advisory and/or banking.

• Have a strong understanding of debt marketsandABL financingstructures with a commercial mindset and ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, suitable for senior stakeholders.

• The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, lenders, andto successfully manageteams.
