You will be instrumental in developing and implementing DeFi investment strategies, conducting market research, and managing the firm's participation in various DeFi protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative DeFi investment strategies across various protocols.
• Conduct in-depth research on new and existing DeFi projects, protocols, and tokenomics.
• Manage and optimize the firm's portfolio of digital assets within the DeFi ecosystem.
• Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities within the decentralized finance space.
• Analyze smart contract risks and security implications of participating in different DeFi platforms.
• Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience and deep knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem , including major protocols and platforms.
• Understanding of blockchain technology , smart contracts, and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Experience with digital asset management and trading.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for market analysis and strategy development.
• Familiarity with risk management principles in a financial context.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex DeFi concepts.
