About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and strategic Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Specialist to join their innovative team in Norwich . This role requires a deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including protocols, trends, and market dynamics. You will play a key role in developing and executing our client's DeFi strategies, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring compliance within the rapidly evolving Crypto & Blockchain landscape. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for financial innovation and a proven ability to navigate the complexities of decentralized financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate various DeFi protocols and investment opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for maximizing yield and managing risk within DeFi platforms.
• Monitor the DeFi market for emerging trends, new protocols, and potential disruptions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate DeFi solutions and ensure security best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations on DeFi market insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial markets, with a significant focus on DeFi and cryptocurrencies .
• In-depth knowledge of DeFi protocols such as Automated Market Makers (AMMs), lending platforms, and yield farming.
• Understanding of smart contract functionality and blockchain infrastructure supporting DeFi.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable discussing complex financial concepts.
