About the Role

Our client is seeking a thorough and detail-oriented Deep Cleaning Technician to provide intensive cleaning services for various commercial and residential properties in Oxford . This role involves going beyond routine cleaning to address areas requiring intensive sanitation and refurbishment cleaning. You will be responsible for tasks such as post-construction clean-up, end-of-tenancy cleans, and specialized sanitization services. The ideal candidate is meticulous, efficient, and committed to restoring spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring client satisfaction and property presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and hallways.
• Remove stubborn stains, grease, and grime from surfaces, fixtures, and floors.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, focusing on high-touch points and potential germ hotspots.
• Conduct specialized cleaning tasks such as oven cleaning, carpet shampooing, and window washing.
• Ensure all waste is removed and disposed of correctly following deep cleaning procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in deep cleaning , end-of-tenancy cleaning, or post-construction cleaning is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of specialized cleaning techniques and the effective use of deep cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively to complete intensive cleaning jobs.
