About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and efficient Deep Cleaning Technician to join their specialized services team in Oxford . This role focuses on intensive cleaning and sanitization of various environments, including post-construction sites, end-of-tenancy properties, and areas requiring intensive hygiene treatments. You will employ advanced cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure environments are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. This is a hands-on role for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving superior cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, and all surfaces.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as steam cleaners, industrial vacuums, and pressure washers.
• Apply appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants safely and effectively for maximum impact.
• Address specific cleaning challenges, such as mold removal, stain treatment, and odor elimination.
• Ensure all waste is disposed of correctly and adhere to environmental guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, or post-construction cleaning.
• Proficiency in operating deep cleaning machinery and using a variety of cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
