Defense MRO Process Engineer – Maintenance & Tools

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Process Engineer for Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul in Bristol with hybrid work options. You will define, validate and implement maintenance policies and tooling, supporting UK Defence customers and the MRO network.

You will collaborate across Manufacturing Engineering, MRO Bases, Service Operations and Design teams to deliver safe, reliable and cost-efficient maintenance solutions, while leading product safety efforts.
