Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver a variety of parcels and goods to customers accurately and on time.
• Plan daily routes efficiently using navigation tools to optimize delivery times.
• Conduct daily checks on the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving any delivery issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures upon completion of deliveries.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safe driving and handling of goods.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license with a clean record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with the Coventry area and surrounding regions.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading of packages.
