Our client is looking for a dedicated and punctual Delivery Driver to manage local routes within the Coventry area. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable and timely delivery of products. You will be the face of the company to many customers, requiring excellent customer service skills alongside your driving abilities. Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery schedules accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload packages, ensuring careful handling of all items.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, handling queries professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any delivery issues or vehicle problems to the logistics manager immediately.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license (Category B).
• Previous experience in a delivery driver role is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of the Coventry area and surrounding routes.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.
