The position involves navigating local routes efficiently, managing delivery schedules, and maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of your assigned vehicle. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods and packages to customers' addresses in a timely and efficient manner.
• Safely operate a company van , adhering to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Load and unload delivery items, ensuring they are handled with care.
• Utilize GPS and navigation tools to plan and optimize delivery routes.
• Obtain signatures and confirm delivery completion as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery driving, preferably with vans.
• Good knowledge of the Newcastle upon Tyne area.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
