Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and traffic regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a logistics or delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of delivery operations, route planning, and fleet management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with the Brighton and surrounding East Sussex area is advantageous.
