Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery drivers to meet daily delivery quotas.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for the team, ensuring efficiency and punctuality.
• Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
• Ensure all drivers adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for team-related issues and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with management to achieve regional delivery objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the logistics or delivery sector.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of delivery logistics and route planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid UK driving license and a good understanding of the Merseyside area.
