Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join Mauro Colagreco’s restaurant team. You will assist Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties, ensuring high standards of food preparation and clean, organized kitchen areas.

You will help with mise en place, production, and dish development for all outlets while training junior staff and maintaining cost control and zero waste initiatives. A collaborative, high-standard kitchen environment awaits.
