An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, motivated and energetic operational manager to join a vibrant and committed team within Theatres and Anaesthetics Operational team . This is for a permanent position within the Business Unit.

The successful candidate will lead on the overall operational, financial and strategic agenda for these areas.

You will bring excellent team working abilities and communication skills with the enthusiasm to continually develop both yourself and the service. You will have a successful track record of project management and service development in a complex environment with a proven ability to engage and lead teams through change. Your organisation skills will be outstanding and you will have previous experience of business management and data analysis.

The business unit offers an environment to work in that has enthusiastic , hard working and compassionate leadership team. The team comprises of operational managers and matrons supported by excellent finance, HR, IT and administrative teams.

The team strives to continuously improve services with patients and their carers being at the centre of this. The leadership team works hard but will provide a supportive and fun working environment to work in.
