Deputy GM: Lead High-Volume Cocktail Bar

The Cocktail Club is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across busy bars in Greater London. You will run shifts, manage P&L, stock, and reporting while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
